The Valby GR 100 and GR100HD excavator timber grapples have
an max opening of 98" . The jaws must close at least a foot to get around the tree
for a secure grip. The grapples are of the modern bypass design. The jaws are made of
Hardox steel, a prime material for this application. The cylinder has JIC fittings.
